About Us

NPP Power focuses on R&D, manufacturing and sales of traditional and new energy products, including valve-regulated lead-acid batteries and lithium batteries. At present, the company has five independent manufacturing plants, four in China (Dongguan, Guangzhou, Henan and Hunan) and one in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. NPP Power has sales offices all over mainland China and overseas sales subsidiaries in North America, Europe, and Africa. It has built a truly global manufacturing, distribution, marketing and after-sales service network.

 

NPP Power products are manufactured based on strong technical expertise, coupled with advanced manufacturing equipment. With professional Management and R&D Team, the company acquired ISO9001 quality management system, ISO14001 environment management system, and ISO18001 health and safety management system certifications. Furthermore, Chenzhou NPP Power Co., Ltd. was certified as a high-tech enterprise in China.

 

We pay great attention to the quality of our products. Strict quality control from the raw materials
to the finished products ensures every battery reaches the highest quality standards. NPP Power
products own a variety of international certificates and comply with all applicable standards.

Research and Development

The company has established an R&D centre in cooperation with the Harbin Institute of Technology, a famous domestic university. The R&D center has 20 professors and 36 engineers with over 25 years of experience in the lead-acid battery industry, and chief engineer Mr. Liu has nearly 40 years of theoretical research experience in the industry.

Our complete R&D system and professional research capabilities guarantee the fast development cycle of a new product, so we can provide customers with a sample battery with a complete design, reliable performance within 6 weeks.

SALES ASSISTANT

 

Purpose: 

To provide widely ranged general assistance and support to the Operations and Account Manager as required; to initiate setting up an account for new customers, to hold regular communication with a customer; to administer orders; to arrange all paperwork for all relevant logistic activities; to support Sales operations; to provide Business Central ERP assistance, as a key user in Sales related areas.

General Accountabilities and Responsibilities: 

The job holder is responsible for but not limited to:

  • Providing general support for the Operations Manager;
  • Providing general support for the Account Manager;
  • Initiating set up of an account for a new customer;
  • Processing customer orders: checking availability, communication with a customer for particular issues;
  • Issuing a proforma invoice, sending to a customer for acknowledgement, once signed, giving an order to Logistics;
  • Checking the correct application of contract terms and conditions upon all orders;
  • Communicating with Logistics on special shipment issues;
  • Assisting in updating details in case of variations and other purchase order amendments;
  • Liaising with the Account Manager and the Accounts Receivable in the resolution of invoice queries and disputes;
  • Managing customers’ portfolios including filing, updating, tracking, forwarding and distribution to appropriate recipients;
  • Ensuring the confidentiality of sensitive communications and company information as well as respecting the privacy of sensitive personnel data;
  • Ensuring continuity during the absence of the Account Manager and/or team members by being involved and fully aware of departmental matters, taking own initiative and providing advice if necessary;
  • Serving as a focal point to provide Sales assistance, as a key user for specified customers; •
  • Providing overall support for Sales activities;
  • Backing up and supporting the Sales Support section of the Operations Department.

Qualifications & Experience: 

  • Skilled in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and any other specific administrative application used by the department.
  • Skilled in English for written and verbal communication.
  • Experience in a similar role within an international environment.
  • Minimum of a Secondary education degree plus at least one year of sales experience or equivalent professional training.
  • Extra languages are a plus

REGIONAL SALES REPRESENTATIVE 

Purpose: 

To generate new sales, establish new accounts, and maintain current accounts as well as to grow them consistently for the territory assigned. Collect and be aware consistently of market information regarding not only the customers but also competitors and general trends of the market.

General Accountabilities and Responsibilities: 

The job holder is responsible for but not limited to:

  • Generate new sales on a consistent basis;
  • Achieve established sales target;
  • Generate new accounts on a consistent basis;
  • Main and grow existing accounts;
  • Providing general support for the Sales Director and General Manager;
  • Gather market information and provide useful analysis data in order to increase sales;
  • Processing customer orders: checking availability, communication with a customer for particular issues;
  • Provide stock forecast and control of the stock of his or her customers for overall stock management;
  • Issuing a proforma invoice, sending to a customer for acknowledgement, once signed, giving an order to Logistics;
  • Checking the correct application of contract terms and conditions upon all orders;
  • Ensuring the confidentiality of sensitive communications and company information;
  • Price and condition negotiations.
  • Turnover and profit responsible.
  • Ready to travel when required.

  • Fluency in English. Any other language particularly on the territory assigned will be a major plus.
  • Skilled in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and any other specific administrative application used by the department.
  • Able to travel when required
